Ray Brassington - Personal - The Chair explained that he had previously been employed by the Council as an Environmental Health Consultant between 1986 to 2012 and had dealt with noise complaints relating to flying operations at this airfield. He left the Council in 2012 before being elected as a Councillor in 2015.
