Amendments to the Constitution - Recommendations of the Constitution Working Group
To consider proposals from the Constitution
Working Group for amendments to the Constitution to –
i) agree membership arrangements for hearings to determine
allegations of breaches of the Code of Conduct for Members.
ii) Agree that up to two town and parish council representatives
will be recruited to act as a non-voting consultee at
hearings.
iii) To amend the call-in arrangements as set out in the
Constitution for Cabinet/Individual Cabinet Member Decisions
following the change in the political balance.
