I am one of the founders and one of seven directors of Thames Head Energy (www.thamesheadenergy.org, company number 14520406) which is a community energy organisation - a not for profit social enterprise. Setup as a Community Benefits Society (CBS) Ref:RS009259. I take no money from this, and the only current assets are the remaining money from the Crowdfund Cotswolds, which stands at £10,000. We have recently been awarded £40,000 from the South West NetZero Hub for project work on a community solar farm. I am a member of the managing committee of Lower Mill Estate Homeowners Association (LMEHA), no payment from this. Company number 12033054. On the board, as a trustee, of GRCC (https://www.grcc.org.uk/) , charity number 1054282, I receive no payment for this.
