Purpose
To make recommendations for the use of funds collected from the Rissington Road Car Parking Tourism Levy in Bourton-on-the- Water for 2025/26.

Decision:
The Executive Director introduced the report explaining that the decision was to agree the recommend funding for the agreed community projects.
The key points raised were:
· There were recurring annual expenditures including the cost of employing the Village Warden and joint funding projects to refresh the village green and parking enforcement
· Following the 2025 public consultation, 9 highest ranked projects were chosen to receive funding from the Bourton-on-the-Water Tourism parking Levy.
· The recurring annual expenditures total £39,733 whilst the consulted 2025/26 projects totalled £64,790. The total expenditure for 2025/26 would be £104,523.

Purpose
The report proposes to agree to a variation to the Council's Off-Street Parking Order for The Chippings Car Park, Tetbury.
Recommendation
That Cabinet Member for Health, Culture and Visitor Experience resolves to:
a) Approve the variation to the Parking Order for the Chippings Car Park.

Decision:
The Parking Projects and Contracts Officer introduced the report. Approval was being sought agree a variation to the Council’s Off-Street Parking Order for the Chippings car park situated in Tetbury.
It was clarified that Cotswold District Council manages The Chippings Car Park, Tetbury on behalf of a local charity, The Feoffees of Tetbury, who had instructed the Council to increase parking charges from April 1, 2025, to sustain funding for local groups. The charges had remained unchanged for years and if approved the decision would be added to other Parking Order variations already agreed.
