Purpose:

To consider a change to the amount of REPF Business Grant for Capsule Solid Surface.

Decision:

To increase the amount of the REPF Business Grant to Capsule Solid Surface previously approved from £24,117 to £32,049.

Reasons for the decision:

Project costs have changed since the original application was submitted and the revised amount represents 50% of the total project cost, in line with the grant scheme guidelines.

Alternative options considered:

Not to approve the increased amount may have resulted in the project not proceeding and the Council therefore not delivering the outputs and outcomes expected by the Government.
